Containing Legacy Claims and/or Psychological Claims Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (“PTSD”) and Other Claims of Mental Illness

American Psychiatric Association created PTSD  and then published their surprise and dismay at how their creation has become a “growth industry” for “litigation”. This program addresses numerous widely-accepted premises related to “PTSD” that have utterly failed scientific scrutiny, describes how to discriminate between credible and non-credible approaches to psychological testing, and discusses the treating provider’s dilemma: violating licensure law versus providing opinions.
