Faith in Foxholes: How to Make Sure Your Good Faith is Plain

In many jurisdictions, claims of bad faith are the goal of plaintiff's tactics, not the intent of the carrier or defense counsel. Often the goal is so plain, it feels like you are litigating in a foxhole. Every e-mail you write, every phone call you have, every discovery response can serve to either protect you or shoot you down. This panel will discuss how to litigate effectively when you know plaintiff's real target is you.

Speakers:
Colleen Shields – ARK, President/Chief Counsel US Operations
Kathryn Whitlock - McAngus Goudelock & Courie, Member
Laura Zaroski - Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Managing Director, Law Firms Practice Group
