Closing the Coverage Gap in Design-Build: When GL and PL Don't Meet
Design-build projects routinely expose voids where GL and PL exclusions lead to coverage gaps and
disputes. This session explores practical solutions, including Construction E&O alternatives, to
resolve coverage disputes and provide more comprehensive protection for all parties involved.

Cyber Attacks and the Act of War Exclusion: Where Coverage Ends

Act of War exclusions apply to nation-state cyber operations, where current policy language leaves
carriers and insureds exposed, and what claims professionals need to watch.
